Epichange provides companies with thorough and insightful assessments of their capabilities for change and future readiness. Using an innovative and trademarked approach, it empowers organizations to navigate dynamic external transformations by activating internal resources and initiating small, purposeful changes from within. Epichange wanted a visual identity and website. The challenge was to create a fresh and warm brand that speaks to target audiences more accustomed to the sober and cold aesthetics that are typical in the management consulting space.
Epichange views every organization as an organism with specific, deep-rooted characteristics that determine how decisions are made, how communication works, what adaptation mechanisms look like, and how change unfolds. The Epichange approach involves analyzing organizations down to their DNA in order to uncover deactivated parts and translating this analysis into concrete, actionable steps to improve the ability to change — by making frozen parts fluid again. Developed by Ayla, the Epichange visual identity expresses such activation.
