Micropsi Industries is a software company that develops AI for industrial robots. Over 5.5 years, Oliver (Ayla’s founder and creative director) shaped and managed the corporate brand and brand strategy. Working closely with the marketing, sales, engineering, and product teams, he designed or art directed nearly all creative content, including videos, websites, printed matter, motion graphics, 3D renderings, visualizations, event booths, presentations, and explanatory guides. In addition, he put together Micropsi’s strategic messaging toolkit for the marketing team and wrote roughly 80% of the copy for all of the company’s brand assets.

While at Micropsi Industries, OLIVER READ managed more than 20 creative projects, several of them with agencies, including the Stockholm Design Lab and Codea STUDIO.
